Faber Maunsell has been involved in 3 appointments, to date:

Appointed to carry out due diligence works (site survey/desktop report) covering specific building services. This highlighted critical resilience and maintenance issues.
Appointed to review buildings services identified within previous due diligence report and highlight the possible single points of failure (SPOF) associated with transmission critical and business critical areas. This included scheme design for 3 options for improving resilience including new generators, UPS, switchgear and ventilation/cooling plant. The preferred option will be implemented in 2006.
Appointed to review the installation, commercial viability and operation of the 800kW CHP unit currently installed at the Lower Ground ITV facility including load analysis, life cycle costs and maintenance issues.
