At 1.2 hectares, Tabard Square designed by architects Rolfe Judd, is one of the largest regeneration sites within Central London. The impressive mixed-use development consists of three striking buildings set around a striking landscaped square.
The distinctive 22 storey tower offers a variety of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and duplex penthouses, all designed to a highly contemporary specification. This landmark scheme provides 572 stylish apartments and penthouses with striking views across London 37% of the residential units are affordable.
A 4000 sq ft sculptural pavilion forms the centre piece of the public square and includes bars and restaurants.
It is the intention that the development will increase permeability through the site, and act as an important focal point for the continuing regeneration of the Borough area.
