Our core disciplines – building services engineering and civil/structural engineering – are supported by a range of specialisms that includes CFD modelling, IT, acoustics and fire engineering design.

Our client list is studded with some of the most respected names in the world of finance and data centre development. Our experience is extensive, and we have a highly successful track record in the provision of resilient services and utilisation of CFD modelling to lead the design of the space.

We understand the implications, both financially and spatially, of the Uptime Institute’s Tier classification, and work closely with the client to ensure that the design reflects the requirement of the space.

We use the very latest building modelling techniques to calculate the impacts and implications of design options. This enables us to take a holistic approach to the design, bringing together the main elements – building services, structure and façade systems.
